📍 Maroochydore, QLD | 🕒 Full-time, On-site Only
Xestro is Australia’s largest healthcare SaaS provider for private medical specialist practices. We’re expanding quickly and seeking an experienced App Developer with strong skills in React Native or Flutter to join our Maroochydore team. This is a full-time, in-office role suited to someone who is already settled on the Sunshine Coast.
🔧 Role Overview
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android using React Native or Flutter
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams to deliver high-quality features
- Integrate with backend systems via REST APIs and WebSockets
- Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of the app
- Contribute to technical decisions, architecture, and process improvements
Core Skills
- Proficiency in React Native or Flutter (bonus if you have experience in both)
- Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle, state management, and performance optimization
- Comfortable integrating with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows
- Familiar with publishing apps to App Store and Google Play
- Solid knowledge of Git and CI/CD workflows for mobile apps
- Attention to detail with a commitment to smooth, bug-free user experiences
- Strong communicator who works well within a cross-functional team
- Open to feedback, eager to learn, and passionate about clean code
- Experience with push notifications, offline-first apps, or native modules
- Exposure to Figma for design collaboration
- Understanding of healthcare technology or secure data handling
