We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their DevOps career, with a basic understanding of DevOps concepts and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on, enterprise environment.

Note: This position focuses on on-premise infrastructure (not cloud-native).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and monitoring on-premise Kubernetes platforms (e.g., OpenShift or Rancher).

• Support the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.

• Write and troubleshoot basic automation scripts in Bash or Python.

• Help maintain and update Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems.

• Participate in team activities including documentation, ticket handling, and routine infrastructure tasks.

• Learn and apply GitOps principles using tools like ArgoCD.

• Collaborate with internal teams using Jira and maintain technical notes in Confluence.

What We’re Looking For

• Basic knowledge of Linux system administration (RHEL preferred).

• Understanding of Kubernetes or container orchestration concepts (hands-on experience is a plus).

• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as GitLab or similar platforms.

• Willingness to learn automation scripting using Python and Bash.

• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
