Job Description
- Lead a team to develop, deliver and maintain our core HRIS, Recruitment, Learning and Employee Experience platforms.

We’re now looking for a Product Manager – (Workday) to lead our People Services HR technology portfolio, including Workday, SmartRecruiters and Zendesk, and deliver digital solutions that elevate the employee experience.
The opportunity
In This Role, You Will
- Lead the People Digital product portfolio across the employee lifecycle, including HR Core, Compensation & Remuneration Review, Performance, Talent, Recruiting (ATS) and Learning (LMS).
- Develop and deliver product roadmaps aligned with the Group People strategy.
- Oversee operational delivery and support, ensuring products evolve with business needs while maintaining high availability and compliance.
- Monitor product performance, drive adoption and engagement, and deliver bi-annual Workday releases.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across People & Culture, IT, Finance and Procurement.
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of Product Specialists and Advisers to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and consultants to optimise outcomes.
You’ll be a strong people and product leader with a passion for HR technology and digital enablement. To be successful, you’ll bring:
- 5–7 years’ experience in HRIS configuration and Leadership (Workday preferred) and continuous improvement.
- Deep knowledge of HR technology landscape and SaaS/cloud platforms.
- Experience leading product releases, system configuration and operational support.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance competing priorities.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior/executive levels.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field; HR experience preferred.
