In This Role, You Will
- Lead on the administration for the full employee lifecycle - onboarding, contracts, changes, exits and more.
- Coordinate recruitment, from job ads to welcoming new hires.
- Maintain accurate HR systems (Tanda), employee files, trackers and reports.
- Partner with the PX Manager to streamline processes, including implementing new HRIS modules.
- Act as a trusted, professional and confidential first point of contact for all employees, providing advise and escalating where required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a love for processes, systems and efficiency.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude and passion for creating great workplace experiences.
- Ideally, experience in HR, supervisory experience in Australian Retail or Hospitality, and/or maintaining an HR Information System (HRIS).

This role is based in our Support Centre in Alexandria, NSW four days per week, with the opportunity to work from home on Fridays.
