Create impact as an Iteration Manager.

NRMA Insurance has been helping Australians with their general insurance and actively supporting communities for 100 years. Part of Insurance Australia Group (known as IAG), we’re proud to be one of Australia’s most iconic brands.

Your Role

As an Iteration Manager within NRMA Insurance Analytics & AI team, your primary responsibility is to support the Squad Lead in developing and managing a structured delivery backlog, ensuring effective iteration planning and execution. You'll work closely with the Squad Lead to maintain backlog hygiene, ensure alignment to OKRs, and identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies. Your role requires continuous backlog grooming, capacity planning, and active engagement in agile coaching and change strategies to improve team maturity.
