Key Responsibilities

• Manage 3D artists and creative leads, setting priorities and driving delivery.
• Oversee production schedules, resourcing, and client deadlines.
• Run interactive client meetings, confidently leading from the front.
• Guide both the creative and production process to ensure excellence.
• Bring a proactive, solution-focused mindset to every challenge.

Skills & Experience

• Proven project management experience in an arch viz studio.
• Strong leadership and resource planning skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation ability.
• Ability to work under pressure while staying positive and professional.
• Passion for innovation and commitment to client excellence.
