The Company
We are an Australian company with a national presence recognised for building modern energy solutions in the pursuit of energy efficiency, reliability, and emissions reduction.
We have a diverse workforce delivering modern hot water, steam and furnace solutions and services to industrial and commercial businesses across Australia.
We provide solutions and energy efficiency consulting, system design, and Project Management, covering EPC as well as maintenance across all elements of steam and hot water infrastructure. We also deliver specialist industry training to upskill operators and technicians in organisations that have their own boiler solutions.
The Job
Our Projects and Engineering team requires an experience Project Manager to provide full project lifecycle planning, delivery, and governance across a range of energy and boiler related projects across a range of locations and industries.
You will work closely with our clients and their stakeholders to help them achieve improved efficiency and environmental outcomes that are great for their business and the community. We have a diverse and interesting client base, and every project will be different.
You will also work closely with your colleagues in Projects, Engineering, Service & Maintenance, Energy Efficiency Consulting, Sales, and Finance.
We will need your expertise to:
- Drive methodical and structured PM
- Manage and or contribute to elements of the EPC lifecycle
- Infield Site Supervision
- Planning & scheduling of resources to ensure the most efficient delivery of our projects
- Continuously improve our project management standards, practices and principles.
- Project budget oversight
- Ensure site OH&S requirements are met
About you
We are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about making a difference and has a strong background in Project Management, Engineering, and energy efficiency. You will need to know that anything is possible and have a confident and positive outlook. Importantly, you will need to enjoy working in a diverse and inclusive environment.
Industry experience and formal Project Management training are required, ideally in a mechanical or electrical engineering environment. Qualifications in mechanical, electrical, process or chemical engineering will be a bonus.
You will be required to travel intra- and interstate, with overnight stays on occasion. You will also need a valid driver’s license, as you will be supplied with a work vehicle. Our offices offer on-site parking and modern facilities.
