We are looking for a Semi-Senior Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust Java-based solutions, ensuring code quality and aligning with best development practices. This role involves working on highly complex projects, integrations with external services, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

This is you

Experience with backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, REST APIs.
Experience in modeling, administration, and advanced queries with PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server.
Proficiency with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
Git and GitLab for code management and continuous integration workflows.
Experience working with Scrum and Kanban, contributing to a collaborative, flexible, and results-driven environment.

This is your role

Design, develop, and implement new features in web applications and enterprise systems, ensuring compliance with both technical and business requirements.
Maintain, optimize, and refactor existing software, enhancing its performance, scalability, and reliability. Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues in production applications, ensuring operational continuity of critical systems.
Design, build, and integrate APIs and external services, fostering interoperability and seamless system integration.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (developers, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, etc.) to ensure quality and timely delivery of project milestones.
Create and maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation, as well as generate support and improvement reports.
Propose and implement innovative technological solutions, aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
