Accountabilities
As a Fullstack Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, building, and improving full-stack features using PHP (backend) and React (frontend)
- Delivering rapid, high-quality fixes for urgent issues affecting customer experience
- Leading initiatives such as platform localization, design system migrations, and enhanced notification systems
- Collaborating with Product, Support, and cross-functional teams to resolve friction points and optimize workflows
- Automating processes to reduce support load and empower users
- Participating in technical discussions, contributing ideas, and helping raise engineering standards
The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and a proactive mindset, including:
- 3-5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, ideally within a SaaS environment
- Strong proficiency in PHP and React, with confidence working across frontend, backend, and integrations
- Proven ability to debug complex issues and deliver pragmatic, customer-focused solutions
- Adaptability, curiosity, and a bias toward action in fast-paced, evolving contexts
- Excellent communication skills with English proficiency at C1 level or higher
