Security is at the core of our services, firmly embedded in the management systems and processes of the company. You will be joining our Chief Information Security Office (CISO) in charge of putting in place the required controls to protect our information assets adequately
and effectively.
Senior Project Leader for Security Projects
The Project Leader/Epic Delivery Owner (EDO) is responsible for managing epics (projects) within the CISO division, from the initial ideation through to completion. He coordinates the people assigned to the epics and ensure the required processes are applied to deliver epics on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives. In the context of our IDAM Programme, we are looking an Infrastructure Project Leader/EDO with knowledge of the IDAM (IDentity & Access Management) domain to lead technical projects.
Key Mission:
- Ensure adequate resources are allocated to epics in collaboration with team leaders.
- Guarantee deliverables/artifacts are produced, validated, and delivered on time.
- Monitor scope, planning, budget, and quality throughout the epic lifecycle.
- Track changes, risks, and issues, taking corrective actions in agreement with the Sponsor and Epic Owner.
- Oversee testing, deployment, and operational readiness of solutions.
- Ensure benefits realization, solution acceptance, and operational team adoption.
- Report progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and committees for informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead day-to-day epic activities on behalf of the Sponsorship Committee.
- Monitor the epic from definition to closure, managing internal/external dependencies, milestones, and impacts.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, budgets, and methodological frameworks.
- Motivate and direct project teams to achieve epic scope and expectations.
- Manage risks and issues, plan corrective/preventive actions, and escalate as needed.
- Perform change control and ensure no unapproved scope deviations occur.
- Provide weekly status reports to the Sponsorship Committee.
Quality Management:
- Produce the Project Quality Plan (PQP) documenting governance, processes, and responsibilities to achieve required quality levels.
Planning & Execution:
- Develop detailed plans with involved teams, including success criteria, dependencies, milestones, and exception plans.
- Initiate demands through QBR/QP processes or other necessary channels.
Operationalization:
- Collaborate with the Business Analyst (ERO) to embed operationalization aspects into project delivery.
Your Profile:
- You already have 10+ years of proven Project Management experience in a large Financial Services organisation
- The scope of work you have managed includes development of associated business processes, procedures, controls and KPIs.
- You are experienced in managing end to end several projects in parallel with size varying from 1000 to 3,000 man-days.
- You have demonstrated through your career strong leadership skills with the ability as well to adapt your style according to the context and the different project stakeholders.
- These projects were managed according to at least one of the industry standard methodologies like Waterfall, PMI or Prince2, and have experience of agile delivery methods
- Your responsibilities encompassed the different aspects of these ones (Planning, Budgets, Risks & Issues, Resources management ).
- Previous experience of outsourced projects management is a plus.
- You naturally have strong negotiation and conflict management skills and you are able to influence different levels of management towards your projects targets.
- You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills (listening, writing, and presenting) at all levels, from staff members to senior management level.
- You have a natural affinity with the technical domains.
- You are familiar with a range of Information Security technologies, infrastructure, processes and services in domains especially Identity & Access Management.
Knowledge of CyberArk technologies is a plus.
