- Build a modular car‑customisation pipeline — swappable engines, suspension, aero parts, paint, decals.
- Collaborate with game designers and artists on feature design and implementation.
- Create internal tools and workflows to streamline world-building and content production.
- Optimize performance and ensure frame-rate stability across VR platforms.
- Contribute to system architecture and technical direction.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience with Unity and C# in game development.
- Strong understanding of Unity physics, animation rigs, URP VR rendering, new Input System, etc.
- Solid grasp of clean architecture, performance profiling, optimization and VR performance constraints.
- Experience working on projects from early prototyping to shipping.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup.
Bonus points for:
- Prior work on realistic driving physics or sim‑racing mods.
- Experience developing for VR or AR.
- Familiarity with multiplayer networking and state sync.
- Shader development or rendering optimization.
- Interest in racing, physics-driven or competitive games.
- Ability to contribute to cross-functional problem solving (e.g. design, backend).
- Comfortable using AI‑assisted dev tools for boilerplate and rapid prototyping.
Working conditions:
- Remote full-time position.
- Time zone: EET ±2 hours.
- Independent contractor setup (B2B or service agreement).
What we offer:
- A chance to shape a stunning VR world.
- Creative challenges in a high-impact, high-ownership environment.
- A culture of common sense.
- Professional international team loving car culture.
- An opportunity to contribute to a game designed to engage millions of players on a new platform.
