  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach;
  • Certification in Scrum (CSM) will be valued;
  • Knowledge of JIRA/Clarizen will be valued;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;
  • Capacity for creativity and innovation;
  • Good English level.
