HEAD OF ANALYTICS

Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• overseeing and improving the strategy and operations of the Analytics Department

• leading and developing the analytics team

• organizing and advancing analytical method development and process innovation

• ensuring compliance with the company’s management system

• strengthening cross-functional collaboration within the Analytics Department and with other departments, efficient organization of workflows across different

Required and preferred qualifications, desired qualities:

• PhD in life sciences or chemistry, combined with strong experience in protein analytics

• proven leadership experience, including managing teams and developing talent

• significant experience in analytical development and testing of biologics

• strategic mindset with the ability to align departmental goals with company objectives

• excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

• ability to drive innovation, process improvements, and continuous development within the team

• experience supporting business development or client-facing initiatives is a plus
