Assignment Scope

The consultant will contribute to the design and development of secure, scalable, and high-performing backend services supporting chatbot functionality and internal customer support tools. The role involves building and maintaining APIs, ensuring data integrity, and integrating AI-driven components in alignment with banking sector standards.
