Engineering Manager - Helsinki - Energy Sector

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Engineering Manager to lead a talented team building cutting-edge digital solutions for the energy sector. Your role will shape the future of sustainable energy through modern cloud-native technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a cross-functional engineering team working on scalable energy platforms.
• Architect and deliver solutions using a modern tech stack (React, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS preferred).
• Collaborate with product, operations, and data teams to drive innovation.
• Champion engineering best practices, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with energy regulations and industry standards.
• Mentor/guide senior engineers and support their growth.

Requirements

• Strong experience in full-stack development and cloud infrastructure.
• Eagerness/experience in leadership of engineering teams.
• Passion for clean energy and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Finnish is a plus.
