Overall Position Summary
As the AI Business Lead, you will lead the transformation of operational processes through the strategic use of data, AI, and intelligent automation. Acting as a business partner to operational teams, your role is to identify inefficiencies, propose data-driven innovations, and ensure successful implementation of scalable, value-creating solutions.

Your objective: to make our daily operations smarter, faster, and more competitive by aligning automation transformation initiatives with business goals. All in all, strive for our Operations to stay responsive to the ever-changing marketplace, positioning us as a leader in our field. You will be reporting to the Head of Customer and Employee journey and be a key member of the pillar management team.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this dynamic position, you'll serve as a key partner to operational teams, identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-driven innovations that create real value. Your main missions will include:
- Strategic Foresight & Opportunity Mapping: Stay current with global market trends and identify high-value opportunities for AI and predictive analytics. You'll shape transformation roadmaps that align with our business goals.
- Leadership & Influence: Lead the dialogue with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring our AI initiatives are well-articulated and embraced at all levels. You may also have future line management responsibilities, fostering a collaborative environment.
- AI & Data Solution Design: Translate operational challenges into AI-ready use cases. Supervise Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and ensure the ethical implementation of AI practices across all initiatives.
- Program Execution & Value Realization: Act as the business lead for AI transformation projects from inception to delivery. Define clear KPIs, manage external partnerships, and measure the impact of our initiatives.
- Continuous Learning & Innovation Culture: Promote agile working methods and organize learning sessions to keep teams informed about evolving AI trends and practices.
To excel in this role, you’ll need a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills:
- Experience: Several years in leading teams within an international matrix organization, focusing on project management and transformation in data or tech-driven environments.
- Leadership Skills: Strong people management abilities, with a knack for facilitating change and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
- Business Acumen: A proven track record in translating complex challenges into actionable, impactful solutions.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to conduct feasibility studies and interpret complex business requirements effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with data analytics, process automation, and AI use cases in operations. Experience with tools like Power BI is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving Attitude: A proactive and innovative mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
