This role is perfect for a motivated, curious, and proactive student eager to develop hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, and HR projects across Portugal, Spain, UK, France, and UAE.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔎 Support and learn the full recruitment process — from role definition to offer extension.
🤝 Collaborate with internal teams to meet ongoing talent needs.
🏫 Assist in building relationships with external partners and universities to expand our talent pool.
📊 Track and analyze recruitment & HR metrics, contributing to reporting dashboards.
🖼️ Create presentations for leadership and team meetings.
👋 Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee experience.
💡 Contribute to engagement initiatives and wellbeing activities for employees.
📚 Assist in learning & development projects, such as training materials or workshop support.
📖 Help prepare policies, guidelines, and internal communications.
🌱 Participate in People & Culture projects related to culture, diversity, and employee experience.

💡 What We’re Looking For

🎓 Current student in HR, Business, Psychology, Data Analytics, or related fields.
🗣️ Fluency in English 
📊 Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and presentations (Excel, Google Sheets, Canva/PowerPoint).
⚡ Highly motivated, proactive, curious, and goal-oriented.
