Java Developer - Player Engagement Platform

Become a BraggStar! Join our diverse and dynamic development team as a Java Developer and help us implement the back-end logic of our exciting product, the Player Engagement Platform. It consolidates several functionalities such as leaderboards, mystery jackpots, quests, bonuses, free spins, and many others, that take gamification to a new level and increase player engagement onsite and in real-time.

As Java Developer you will focus on developing and implementing new architectural solutions and functionalities for our multichannel communication platform. You will work on live events, ensuring real-time data analysis and thus providing constant real-time feedback to players. You will work on existing features but also have the opportunity to introduce your ideas and work on new functionalities. Your Responsibilities

Implementation of back-end logic of Player Engagement Platform;
Development and maintenance of our existing and new features;
Analyzing and help defining requirements, writing technical documentation, and actively participate in solution design;
Implementation of distributed and scalable solutions;
Reviewing code and providing constructive feedback to your team members.

What You Bring To The Team

At least 3 years of professional experience in development with Java (SE);
Experience in design and implementation of functionalities;
English language fluency, both written and spoken;
Experience in design and implementation of APIs (REST);
Basic knowledge of development tools (IDE, versioning).

Bonus Points If

You’re familiar with relational databases;
You’re familiar with Gradle, Jenkins, and Git;
You’re familiar with Spring;
You’re familiar with Kafka;
You have experience in the implementation of distributed and scalable solutions.
