Senior Product Designer - Remote - EMEA

In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving design excellence across a fast-growing SaaS environment, working on products that impact users worldwide. You'll lead the full design cycle—from research and discovery through delivery and post-launch analysis—while championing design thinking principles at every step. Collaboration is central, as you'll partner with product managers, engineers, customer success, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, impactful solutions. Success means deeply understanding users, shaping scalable design systems, and ensuring seamless experiences across devices. This is a fully remote opportunity, open to candidates physically based within the EMEA region.

Accountabilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and discovery through prototyping, testing, and delivery
• Translate insights into user-centered designs that balance business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility
• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and inform design decisions
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align teams and drive effective decision-making
• Create polished mockups, prototypes, and design assets, iterating based on testing and feedback
• Ensure consistency across platforms and devices by maintaining and evolving the design system
• Build strong empathy with users, turning insights into compelling product stories and identifying gaps in workflows
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple devices and screen sizes
• Proficiency in design thinking methods and processes, from research to delivery
• Expertise in Figma, including advanced functionalities such as auto layout
• Solid skills in research, storytelling, journey mapping, and service blueprinting
• Strong visual design and UI capabilities, with an eye for detail
• Experience working in agile environments, handling multiple projects, and prioritizing effectively
• Ability to build empathy with users and design solutions that improve their workflows and efficiency
• Bonus: experience with vibecoding or related advanced prototyping techniques
