What you'll do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for main product.
• Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
• Translate strategy into actionable product increments, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog, balancing quick wins with long-term investments.
• Partner with the product development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Ensure the product meet compliance, data privacy, and security standards.
• Act as a bridge between business, technology, and teams.
• Gather feedback and build alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, and results effectively at all levels.
• Define success metrics (KPIs) for the product / platform.
• Develop training materials and provide customer training on the final product.
• Coordinate the release of new product increments.
• Monitor product performance and usage metrics to drive continuous improvement and future feature iterations.
• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers where necessary.

What you'll bring

• Experience as a Product Manager, or similar role in product management
• Experience in high-transaction environments such as e-gaming.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product development through iterative cycles.
• Demonstrated clear accountability for product outcomes, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Proven experience working closely with product development teams, enabling fast and effective decision-making.
• Knowledge of analytics tools and techniques for measuring product performance
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance technical and business considerations to make informed decisions.
• Customer-centric thinker who advocates for user needs.
• Strategic yet hands-on, comfortable working at both vision and detail levels.
• Collaborative leader with a bias toward action and results.
• A professional level of English is required.
