What You'll Do


As a Key Account Project Manager, you will play a crucial role: you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our top-portfolio customers. We are looking for a professional eager to grow alongside the startup and team, and who is not afraid to take on challenges!


  • Act as the strategic point of reference for our Enterprise and top-tier clients, supporting them across the entire lifecycle — from pre-sales engagement alongside the sales team, to project launch, and ongoing monitoring of business outcomes post go-live.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between client goals and Lexroom.ai solutions.
  • Oversee onboarding and project delivery, guaranteeing a smooth transition and measurable impact.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities, driving upsells and renewals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback and business insights from clients, translating them into actionable inputs for internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to continuously improve our solutions and processes.
  • Prepare performance dashboards, track KPIs, and deliver business reviews to demonstrate value and strengthen client partnerships.


What You'll Bring


  • 1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or other client-facing roles, ideally with Enterprise accounts.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizations.
  • Familiarity with sales support and CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.).
  • A proactive, consultative approach combined with a passion for delivering measurable impact to clients.
  • Fluency in Italian and English. A legal background is a plus.
