We value openness, partnership is our strength, and responsibility makes us a great team. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Using best-practice approaches to conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis on performance verification and component health to confirm the status of renewable energy power plants
  • Developing, running, and improving machine learning models to maximise the benefits of data and enhance predictions, such as performance forecasting, asset deterioration, condition monitoring, and fault prediction

  • Conducting market research studies on asset upgrade options, evaluating their viability, and preparing business cases
  • Supporting investigations into lost production events, fault analysis, and root cause studies by providing operational data insights
  • Advising asset supervisors on fault codes, technical issues, and performance concerns.

Required for this position:

  • 1–3 years of experience in engineering or a similar role, ideally within the renewable energy sector or O&M provider organisations
  • Strong engineering background with a deep understanding of engineering systems and at least a basic knowledge of renewable energy technologies
  • Proficiency in advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques, with the ability to develop or improve tools for large-scale data analysis
  • Skilled in research and evaluation of asset upgrade options, including technical and commercial viability assessment

  • Advanced user of MS Office
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level), with the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

In return for creating a more sustainable future, we promise:

  • To take part in an unfolding energy transformation process to create a 100% green and secure energy ecosystem for both current and future generations
  • International team that is working on dynamic renewable energy projects
  • A hybrid work model (3+2) and flexible working hours
  • Extensive learning and qualification enhancement programs
  • Attention to physical and emotional health: wellness mentor initiatives and psychological support, etc.
  • Additional paid days for health improvement, short-term illness, volunteering, and accumulated work experience
  • A package of additional benefits to choose from: pension accumulation, health insurance, or another benefit from the selectable benefits list in the MELP application.
