Cyber Security Expert

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage security aspects within the scope of various projects.
• Actively contribute to local cybersecurity programs and participate in team processes.
• Perform day-to-day cybersecurity operations and monitoring (BAU).
• Collaborate with internal SOC teams and international security stakeholders on global initiatives.
• Provide clear guidance and responses to internal business units and external counterparts regarding security matters.
• Support audit and compliance activities, acting as a key contact during assessments.
• Assist IT and business teams in adopting secure practices across their operations.
• Deliver cybersecurity expertise and support across different service lines.

Profile:

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in IT security or cybersecurity.
• Solid technical knowledge in areas such as:
• Software development (basic understanding)
• IT support and troubleshooting
• Networking
• Databases
• Cloud technologies
• University degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in IT or Information Systems Security.
• Strong motivation to continuously improve cybersecurity knowledge and skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the capacity to explain and summarize complex topics clearly.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; French or German is considered an asset.
