This role is perfect for someone who has a solid foundation in software development and wants to grow their skills by working on real-world challenges. You’ll be integrating new data sources, enriching segmentation features, and improving content-building capabilities to enable smarter audience targeting and faster campaign launches.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and enhance segmentation and content services.
• Write clean, reusable code using standard patterns and libraries.
• Apply testing techniques to ensure application quality.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and operations of applications.
• Contribute to resolving production issues and improving system reliability.
• Collaborate with the team to design adaptable, future-ready solutions.
• Learn and apply engineering best practices while growing your technical expertise.

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, Kotlin, or Scala).
• Understanding of core software development principles and testing methods.
• Interest in CI/CD, cloud platforms, and modern software practices.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have: Exposure to cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices, monitoring tools, or agile delivery methods.
