- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards

- Be a productive member of the team.
- Design, develop, debug, and maintain RESTful APIs using Python and Django.
- Analyze and understand existing codebases, and propose refactoring strategies to improve structure, performance, and maintainability.
- Ensure smooth and secure data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.
- Optimize API performance, security, and scalability to meet production-grade standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and provide ongoing technical support.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Django.
- Hands-on experience with Django REST Framework (DRF) for API development.
- Proven expertise in API debugging, optimization, and database management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with or exposure to CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Expertise in application refactoring, including the ability to understand legacy codebases and rewrite Python applications from scratch as needed.
