Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for payment products, driving feature prioritisation and shaping a superior financial user experience.
• Translate monetisation strategies into product requirements and actionable development plans.
• Define user stories, journeys, and success metrics in collaboration with UX and engineering teams.
• Lead rapid experimentation cycles to test concepts, validate hypotheses, and identify opportunities for product market fit.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant product delivery.
• Guide product development through continuous feedback loops, balancing technical feasibility, user needs, and strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years product management experience, ideally within blockchain, Web3, or FinTech environments.
• Proven track record in delivering user-facing decentralised applications (dApps), wallets, or financial solutions.
• Strong product sense with the ability to translate complex systems into intuitive user experiences.
• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills with a systems-thinking approach.
• Familiarity with compliance, security, and best practices in financial product design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in payments, financial technology, DeFi, or blockchain product development.
• Technical fluency (e.g., smart contracts, blockchain architecture, payment systems) to enable close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Strong UX orientation and experience partnering with design teams.
• Data-driven mindset with experience running experiments and validating product hypotheses.
