The Role

We’re seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with 3+ years of ML experience and hands-on familiarity with LLMs to help build and deploy AI-powered systems at scale.

You’ll work closely with senior researchers to ensure production readiness of cutting-edge models, design and run experiments for LLM fine-tuning and evaluation, and integrate these models into production workflows and agentic systems. This is a hands-on position with significant room for technical ownership and impact.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of ML engineering experience, with production deployment of models
• Strong Python skills, with hands-on experience in PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and integrating models into production systems
• Experience with Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of FastAPI, MLflow, and Weights & Biases for model deployment and experiment tracking
• Ability to design, run, and analyze experiments for LLM fine-tuning and evaluation

• Experience building agentic workflows leveraging LLMs in production environments
• Prior work in high-growth startups or research–industry collaborations
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with senior researchers and product engineers
