We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join our team, to lead and manage the Portuguese market working closely with our team in Spain.


Role Objective

You will play a key role in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and in-store), ensuring alignment with budgets and business goals. You will be the Marketing point of reference for the Portuguese market, working hand-in-hand with partners, retailers, and the Sales team to:

  • Build strong and strategic relationships with each partner/retailer, understanding their specific needs.
  • Coordinate local and international campaigns, ensuring consistency with global guidelines.
  • Drive collaboration between Marketing and Sales, maintaining alignment on goals and actions.
  • Provide strategic input in annual and quarterly planning, focusing on results, learnings, and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate local and international campaigns, working with agencies and partners.
  • Supervise brand image and ensure compliance with global guidelines.
  • Build strong, value-added relationships with partners/distributors.
  • Coordinate in-store brand presence.
  • Report and analyze campaign results, providing learnings and improvement proposals.
  • Support internal marketing processes, invoicing, and translations, with a focus on the Portuguese market.


Requirements

  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in account management at marketing/advertising agencies or international marketing departments (preferably in the tech sector).
  • Leadership skills, proactivity, strategic thinking, and results orientation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in multicultural, dynamic environments.
  • Availability to travel 1–2 times a year to Madrid (for onboarding and syncs with the local team).
  • Availability for a temporary contract (12 months, with the possibility of extension).
