  What You Will Do
  
  We are seeking a Product Designer to join our team. This person will be responsible for designing engaging, user-centered digital experiences across different platforms. This role combines research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping to create products that are intuitive, functional, and aligned with business goals.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
• User Research: Conduct research to understand user needs and market trends, informing design decisions. 
  

• Ideation & Concept Development: Brainstorm and develop initial design concepts using workflows, wireframes and AI powered tools to build quick MVPs.
  

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test the user experience. 
  

• UI/UX Design: Design the look, feel, and layout of the product's interface, ensuring it is aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly and focused on simplicity and productivity.
  

• Ownership: Own the end-to-end design process for assigned products and features, from discovery to delivery, within your cross-functional team.
  

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure product viability and alignment with business goals. 
  

• Testing & Iteration: Test designs with users and incorporate feedback to refine functionality, usability, and aesthetics before launch. 
  

• Design Systems & Standards: Contribute to design systems, ensuring accessibility standards are met and consistency is maintained. 
  
  What You Will Bring
• Solid product design background: 3-5+ years of product design experience.
  

• User-Centered Design: A deep understanding of user needs and how to design for them. 
  

• UX/UI Principles: Expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles. 
  

• Design Software Proficiency: 
• Expert in Figma for UI design and prototyping.
• Proficiency in AI-powered design tools (ChatGPT/Claude for copy, Midjourney for concepts).
• Experience with prototyping tools for complex interactions.
• Familiarity with design handoff tools (Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS principles (preferred).
  

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and Experience with complex workflows and data visualization.
  

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, give direction, and present to stakeholders. 
  

• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. 
  

• Attention to Detail: A high standard for design quality and meticulousness. 
  

• Stakeholders' management (interviews, presentations, requirements collections).
