Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Montreux for a College Recruiter. The College Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and enrolling prospective students in the institute's programs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach and networking with potential students, organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events, managing application processes, and building relationships with high schools and colleges. Additionally, the recruiter will collaborate with academic departments to ensure that enrollment targets are met and provide guidance and support throughout the enrollment process.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events
• Experience in managing application processes and building relationships with educational institutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet enrollment targets
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or related field
• Knowledge of the higher education landscape and emerging technologies is a plus
• Fluency in English, knowledge of French is beneficial
