Who we are looking for
We expect you to have a mix of technical and soft skills:
Technical Skills
- You’ve graduated from a relevant university program (such as, but not exclusively: Business Administration, Business Studies, Economics, Organizational Sciences)
- Previous experience that has enabled you to understand how different organizations are structured per departments, number of management layers, supporting functions, etc.
- Experience or strong interest in agile ways of working, organization agility frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), or new operating models
- Familiarity with concepts like value streams, team topology, product-centric models, or capability building
- Familiar with leading (small) teams in transforming organizations into agile and Agile portfolio management; acting as an agile coach, supporting leadership and stimulating mindset change
- Analytical mindset and structured thinking — able to work with business data, capability maps, or workflows to generate insights
- Ability to navigate between theoretical frameworks and clients specific context
- Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint and Excel; exposure to workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Snow, Confluence) is a plus
- You hold or are willing to obtain relevant certifications such as PSM (Professional Scrum Master), SAFe Agilist (Scaled Agile Framework), SPC (SAFe Practice Consultant), or LPM (Lean Portfolio Management)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including ability to translate agile concepts into accessible language
- Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders (e.g., product owners, HR, transformation leads, business executives)
- Collaborative mindset, being able to work well with cross-functional, remote and international teams
- Curious, proactive and eager to build expertise in a fast-paced, team-oriented consulting environment
- Proficient in English - Communicates proactively and can articulate thoughts effectively in spoken and written communication
- Applies tools and methodologies related to Organizational Agility with some guidance/coaching from more experienced practitioners. Executes different type of documentation (presentations, analysis, plans, job descriptions, etc.)
- Understands the objective of the assigned deliverables and work towards completing them within the scheduled timeline with guidance. Asks pertinent questions, questions assumptions, and raises risks with respect to quality or scheduled delivery of assigned tasks
- Drives or actively participates in workshops with the client and takes total or partial ownership of topics presented
- Collaborates effectively with SMEs across multidisciplinary and global teams, as needed
- Involvement into practice development (e.g. contribution to content creation for trainings / internal materials, knowledge sharing, initiatives etc.)
At a high level, this is how you’ll do this:
- Assess the current portfolio of capabilities, ways of working and delivery structures; identify blockers to agility and value creation
- Co-design an agile-enabled operating model and transformation approach, aligned to strategy and enterprise context
- Facilitate the development of future ways of working (e.g., common language, mission, vision, agile playbooks, team charters, etc.)
- Support the rollout of agile at scale frameworks (e.g., SAFe), tailored to organizational readiness and context
- Translate agility into practical enablement: team design, rituals, cadences, value streams, performance metrics, etc.
- Design and deliver training and change enablement programs to drive adoption of new ways of working
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to build sponsorship and align on transformation priorities
Example of daily activities and deliverables for a Consultant in the Organizational Design & Org. Agility team:
- Attendance of various meetings/ calls (daily check in’s, status updates, alignment calls, etc.)
- Facilitating or co-facilitating client workshops on agile design, capability mapping, or ways of working
- Preparing agile operating model drafts (e.g., value stream maps, delivery structure overviews, team set-ups)
- Supporting the creation of agile playbooks, implementation roadmaps, or frameworks tailored to the client context
- Documenting future ways of working and aligning these with strategy and culture components
- Supporting agile maturity assessments or capability diagnostics
- Planning and supporting the delivery of agile trainings (from agenda building to facilitation logistics)
- Preparing leadership alignment decks, stakeholder engagement plans, or case-for-change narratives
- Working with tools like Snow, Planview, Jira), Excel, PowerPoint, and client tooling to visualize workflows and track initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure alignment across design workstreams (e.g., Change, Talent, Finance)
