Your Role

As a Project Manager at Genioo, you will have the opportunity to work closely with life science clients, lead high-impact projects, and collaborate with a talented team of business professionals and entrepreneurs. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s future while demonstrating to clients what truly sets Genioo apart from traditional consulting firms.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and contribute to project teams that include independent consultants and client stakeholders, with involvement across all phases of delivery
• Develop solutions to complex business challenges, particularly in productivity, operational excellence, transformation, implementation, and change management
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards, consistently exceeding client expectations
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and crafting high-quality, impactful solutions
• Expand Genioo’s methodologies and service offerings to strengthen our market position
• Contribute to the growth of a fast-scaling organization by helping develop internal functions and best practices
  
  
  

Who You Are

• You have at least 5 years of consulting experience with a leading management consultancy
• A proven track record in delivering projects in productivity, operational excellence, transformation, implementation, and change management, ideally within life sciences
• A hands-on project executor who thrives on making tangible impact
• Skilled at synthesizing complex topics and communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders
• An excellent networker with experience winning new business and nurturing client relationships
• Competitive and driven, eager to seize new opportunities and achieve outstanding results
• Entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, and motivated to help build a cutting-edge consulting business
• A passionate leader who inspires and motivates others
• Open to travel 60–80% to client sites and offices
