To lead and manage national and international R&D projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering innovative solutions within scope, time, and budget.

Roles And Responsibilities -
- Manage and coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver R&D projects successfully.
- Define project objectives and scope, engaging all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop, track, and update comprehensive project plans to monitor progress.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Manage project scope and schedule changes through established verification techniques.
- Identify, address, and escalate project conflicts or issues to resolution.
- Measure project performance using relevant tools and methodologies.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and oversee financial accounting to ensure project viability.
- Build and nurture customer relationships, understanding and addressing client needs.
- Over 10 years of experience managing R&D and technological development projects, preferably in the tech sector.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage both personal and team tasks.
- Proven ability to handle technological projects with attention to detail and results orientation.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer relationship management with a proactive and empathetic approach.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, with a minimum of 3 years of experience (certification is a plus).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, disciplined, and motivated attitude.
