Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of project managers, product owners, business analysts, developers, and DevOps engineers.
• Oversee the development and implementation of game and web applications, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and timelines.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our development processes and technologies.
• Manage resources effectively, including onshore and offshore teams and outsourced partners.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, particularly in the gaming industry.
• Have a strong awareness of cost management and demonstrate the ability to manage resources efficiently.
• Identify blockers quickly using various methodologies and implement solutions.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably as a technical architect, Backend Dev
• Extensive experience with Java, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
• Proven track record of architecting and developing large-scale web platforms, particularly for e-commerce, gaming, or fintech industries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with offshore teams and outsourced partners in a distributed development environment.
• Prior experience in the gambling industry is highly preferred.
• Has experience leading product projects in live streaming, gaming, and platform development, with live and gaming domains being mandatory.
