Senior Developer, Backend / AI Engineer — Founding Team

Clinicians lose up to one day per week to admin. Pamela gives that time back.

We’re an invisible, privacy-first AI notetaker built for healthcare: we capture notes from system audio + mic (no bots in calls), and output structured, clinician-tailored notes for both remote (online) and in-person sessions. We’re built on EU data-protection principles (GDPR, EU hosting); ISO27001/NEN7510 are underway.

We’re moving from a working MVP and early pilots to a scalable, healthcare-grade platform. Join as our first senior builder and set the technical bar.

What you’ll do (first 6–12 months)

• Take ownership of our desktop app and shape its future across macOS and Windows.
• Lead our first integrations with healthcare systems and build a framework to scale them.
• Push our AI capabilities further — smarter retrieval, summarization, and structured notes.
• Raise the bar on reliability, security, and overall product quality.
• Drive delivery end-to-end: from roadmap to release, working directly with the founder and early users.

Our stack (you don’t need every box, but you’ll own outcomes)

• Frontend/App: TypeScript, Electron, native modules (macOS + Windows), modern state/data management.
• Backend/Infra: AWS serverless (API Gateway, Lambda, S3, queues), Supabase (Postgres + auth), DynamoDB, multiple LLMs.
• Tooling: GitHub Actions for CI/CD, automated distribution and updates, robust testing.
