The world’s most popular audio streaming subscription service is looking for a AI Engineer/Backend Engineer to join the band in a consultant assignment. The client has transformed music listening forever when launched in 2008.

Period: ASAP to 2026-04-12 (full-time), with a possibility of extension.

About the role

We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer/Backend Engineer to join our client's IT studio, the team responsible for advancing the digital workplace. As an engineer supporting the "Scaling IT Solutions for IT and AIM" strategy, you will be instrumental in leveraging AI to enhance company-wide platforms and support experiences. This involves building secure AI orchestration platforms with robust governance, transforming infrastructure into self-healing systems through AI-driven workflows, and embedding AI agents where people work to provide internal agents with necessary controls and data. You will also contribute to the creation of new platforms within the IT space to supercharge the end user experience by bolstering self-support Option. You will assist in upskilling IT teams in AI fluency, fostering a culture of competency and shared language through knowledge sharing sessions.

What you'll do

• Proactively identify potential risks introduced by AI-enabled third-party tools integrated into the client's collaborative tooling suite, and build solutions to minimize their impact
• Use your agent-building experience to design, build, and evaluate autonomous agents that proactively identify and solve common IT problems before users need to escalate them
• Proactively collaborate with engineers, product designers, and product owners to build solutions that drive the client’s evolution into an AI-first company
• Take operational responsibility for the components you develop

Who you are

• Experienced in designing, building, testing, debugging and optimizing code of agentic systems/workflows
• Excited about delivering end-to-end experiences and someone who cares about your software architecture across the front-end, back-end, and the APIs that glue them together
• Love working on a team where you constantly learn, experiment, and iterate quickly
