About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our ecosystem of platforms (Attornaid, Kiva, and Docyrus), where we develop CRM and business process solutions. This role focuses on deeply analyzing customer needs, designing the right solution architecture, and successfully managing implementation and integration processes by leveraging our platforms’ AI Tools and No-Code capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements in client meetings and design the technical solution architecture
• Create solution designs using platform standard capabilities, ready-made template packages, and customizations when needed
• Ensure technical feasibility during the sales process, deliver technical content in demos and POCs
• Manage onboarding processes and required customizations for new clients
• Use AI Tools and No-Code features to quickly build prototypes and process flows
• Lead data analysis, migration, and integration processes on relational database architecture
• Manage analysis, solution design, and data migration when transitioning from legacy platforms (e.g., KivaCRM) to new platforms (Docyrus)
• Coordinate integration and advanced customizations together with the developer team
• Design and implement solution architectures for additional requests from existing customers

Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in roles such as Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Technical Project Manager
• Strong technical knowledge in software solutions, CRM, or SaaS products
• Experience in business process analysis, technical design, and solution architecture
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, data migration, and integration projects
• Proficiency with No-Code / Low-Code platforms and AI-powered tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical language and build client trust
• Preferably good command of English
