Python Developer - Poland

We are looking for Senior Python developers x 5 (around 5-10 years of experience, flexible if you demonstrate strong senior-level impact) to join our team and help deliver enterprise-scale solutions that power secure, scalable, and business-critical systems.

Location: Poland - if you are not based in Poland pls do not apply !!

Duration: 12 Months

What You’ll Do

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of complex enterprise software systems
• Build and optimize applications with Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL
• Work on enterprise-grade platforms such as access/security systems, eligibility logic systems, and enterprise payment solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, business) to deliver high-value, production-ready features
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance across systems in fast-moving enterprise environments
• Take ownership, bring initiative, and focus on delivering business value – not just writing code

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• ~10 years professional software engineering experience (flexible for strong senior-level candidates)
• Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI (or similar frameworks), and PostgreSQL
• Proven enterprise-scale experience with systems such as:
• Security/access/identity systems
• Eligibility or rules-based logic engines
• Enterprise payment platforms
• Excellent communication skills (fluent English – native not required)
• Product-oriented mindset and ability to work in agile, iterative environments

Nice to Have

• Event-driven architecture and microservices experience
• Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools (Datadog, etc.)
• Experience with container-based or serverless infrastructure
