We are looking for a Lead Frontend Developer who combines deep technical expertise with architectural thinking, ownership, and leadership skills to design and deliver scalable, secure, and innovative web applications.

Your Role

As a Lead Frontend Developer, you will drive the design and development of frontend applications, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and maintainability. You will lead by example, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with backend engineers, architects, and product owners to deliver exceptional user experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead frontend development across the full lifecycle: requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Understand and lead micro-frontend architectures and modüle federation.
• Architect scalable, reusable, and modular solutions using React.js, Vue.js, and Svelte.
• Apply advanced concepts like WebAssembly, native Web Components, asset protection, and performance optimization.
• Ensure reusability, maintainability, and high-quality code with clear architectural principles.
• Collaborate with architects on NFRs (scalability, performance, security, maintainability).
• Define and enforce test architecture and CI/CD pipelines for frontend solutions.
• Optimize applications for cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
• Lead technical discussions, mentor developers, and cultivate engineering excellence.
• Take full ownership of frontend deliverables, ensuring business and technical alignment.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of frontend development experience, with proven delivery of enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong expertise in React.js, Vue.js, and Svelte.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frontend ecosystems, and design patterns.
• Experience with WebAssembly, native Web Components, and modular architectures.
• Proven experience with test-driven development, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong grasp of NFRs and how to optimize for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring teams and guiding architectural decisions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with progressive web apps (PWAs), server-side rendering (SSR), or edge rendering.
• Exposure to system-level and security-focused architecture.
• Understanding of streaming, video on demand, real-time data, or high-traffic web solutions.
