Our Business Applications team, placed in Core IT, is responsible for maintaining all the software that runs our business, including ERP, CRM, BI and HRM as well as a broad portfolio of task specific applications primarily related to our advisory and software businesses. Our ecosystem consists mainly of Microsoft tools and platforms, but we are by no means MS exclusive.
Your Responsibilities And Challenges
We are currently seeking a PowerBI developer to join our BI architect in our Business Applications team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our portfolio of dashboards supporting our business. We are in the process of a dashboard refresh, so this is a great opportunity to start from a relatively clean slate.
You Will Be Expected To
- Develop new dashboards from scratch in close collaboration with end users across the business.
- Collaborate with our BI Architect on supporting and ultimately re-implementing our existing suite of dashboards.
- Maintain, update and develop mission-critical dashboards in:
- Finance and accounting
- Sales support (Project and Product business models)
- HR
- Advisory project health
- Product performance metrics (including behavioral metrics)
- Marketing performance
- Governance and compliance
- Participate in BI portfolio board meetings, helping scope and prioritize dashboard development.
- Participate in cross functional projects designing and implementing new processes and workflows.
- Bachelor degree or higher in relevant field.
- Relevant PowerBI certifications.
- Proven track record building and maintaining PowerBI dashboards in a dynamic and international organisation.
- Good SQL skills, PowerQuery, DAX etc.
- Good understanding of finance and accounting principles.

- Proficiency in English required.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, SQL based data warehouses, performance optimisation etc..
- Experience working within any of the fields you’ll be building dashboards for (Finance, HR etc).
