For more than 35 years, Eren Perakende has been uniting world-renowned brands with consumers in Turkey. In 1990, the company partnered with Devanlay to begin the licensed production and distribution of Lacoste in Turkey. Since then, Eren Perakende has taken on the distributorship of global brands such as Burberry, Gant, Nautica, and Converse.


In 2008, the company launched its own retail concept with Occasion stores, followed by the introduction of the innovative SuperStep store concept in 2012. Embracing a multi-channel strategy in 2020, Eren Perakende expanded its online sales network and redefined the shopping experience through House of SuperStep, transforming retail into an experience-driven model.


Expanding its brand portfolio with names like Intersport, SuperKids, Fashfed, United4, Sanal Çadır and HeartBeat, Eren Perakende now operates in 25 countries, with over 8,000 employees, nearly 700 stores, and 17 digital platforms.


We are looking for a “Digital Projects Manager” to support the CDO on strategic e-commerce initiatives. This role is part of our digital team managing a strong portfolio of brands.


Job Description


  • Actively contribute to the implementation of the digital strategy and initiatives defined by the Chief Digital Officer (CDO),
  • Plan, lead, and deliver digital transformation projects on time and within scope. Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and project reporting,
  • Track and analyze KPIs across all e-commerce channels (web, mobile, marketplaces, etc.) and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on insights,
  • Leverage data analytics and digital marketing techniques to develop strategies that enhance customer experience and business performance,
  • Stay informed about emerging digital trends and technologies; identify opportunities to innovate and improve internal processes,
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the CDO and key departments such as E-com, Marketing, Operations, IT, CRM, and CI,
  • Foster effective collaboration between teams to ensure the seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives and maintain alignment with strategic goals,
  • Prepare regular reports, insights, and strategic presentations for the CDO and executive leadership team,
  • Lead and mentor a team of coordinators within the e-commerce office, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred,
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or related fields,
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects,
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Experience collaborating directly with C-level executives is highly desirable.
