We are currently working with Arrive, a leading global mobility platform that includes brands like EasyPark, Flowbird, RingGo, ParkMobile, and Parkopedia. Active in over 90 countries and 20,000 cities, Arrive helps make urban mobility smarter and travel easier through solutions like smart payments, optimized parking, and EV charging. It’s about more than movement—it’s about creating more livable cities and better travel experiences.
In this role, you will design and build native Android apps that power access-controlled parking solutions in the fast-growing U.S. market. Our team is small, collaborative, and product-focused — every developer takes ownership from defining goals to delivering features. Everyday Life As a Software Engineer
- Collaborate with teammates to design and deliver modular code for native Android apps
- Work on projects central to a large growth opportunity in the U.S. parking market
- Actively participate in defining product goals and breaking them into actionable deliverables
- Write and maintain robust unit and UI tests to ensure reliability and prevent regressions
- Communicate with backend and iOS teams to align on integrations and cross-platform consistency
- Participate in demos, team discussions, and present work to other stakeholders
- Coordinate directly with other teams — no bottlenecks, everyone takes initiative
- Strong Android development experience (5+ years), with Kotlin as your main language
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Kotlin Coroutines and Flows
- Model-View-Intent (MVI) Architecture
- Hilt for dependency injection
- Higher-Order Functions
- Experience with Java in Android development
- Proven ability to write unit and UI tests
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills — comfortable proposing ideas, giving demos, and engaging in team discussions
- Self-motivation to independently reach out to other teams and solve cross-functional challenges
- Flexibility and resilience to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
