In this role, you will shape and elevate digital experiences across multiple platforms, creating intuitive and impactful design solutions that address real business and user challenges. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will take ownership of the entire design cycle—from research and ideation to testing and delivery. Accountabilities
- Conduct deep analysis of customer needs and business challenges to identify pain points
- Develop and deliver impactful, user-centered design solutions
- Think strategically about the product at both high-level and detailed levels
- Present and explain design decisions effectively to stakeholders
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment throughout the design process
- Take full ownership of design work from ideation to final release
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers
- Work across multiple platforms, including employee portals, employer portals, and admin dashboards
- Build, maintain, and update components within the Design System
- Minimum 5 years of end-to-end product design experience for web and mobile applications
- Strong expertise in both UX and UI design, with hands-on experience in design systems
- Proven B2B product design background
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
- Comfortable working in close collaboration with development teams
- Experience contributing across the full development lifecycle, from ideation to QA
- Based in EMEA or LATAM time zones
- Passion for design, with the ability to balance depth of focus and rapid execution
