Who we think will be a great fit for this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related field,

- Proficient in Python and SQL; comfortable with large-scale datasets,
- Solid knowledge of predictive modeling, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems,
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimental design, and a desire to support data science initiatives,
- Experience deploying models in production environments and working with cloud services for MLOps (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Databricks) is a strong plus,
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills,
- Passion for games and improving player experiences through intelligent systems.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build and optimize ML models that predict player behavior (e.g., churn, lifetime value, engagement),
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into ML solutions,
- Support data science tasks such as cohort analysis, retention breakdowns, KPI deep dives and A/B test design,
- Continuously improve existing models by integrating new data signals and testing novel approaches,
