ALGOFACT is looking for an AI / ML Engineer to join our team and take part in the design, development, and deployment of scalable artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. You will collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Software Developers, and Product Teams to transform business problems into smart, data-driven systems. Your responsibilities will include building machine learning pipelines, deploying models into production, and contributing to AI product development with a focus on reliability, performance, and innovation.

Ideal candidates should possess a deep understanding of machine learning frameworks, hands-on experience with real-world ML projects, and the ability to bring AI models into production environments with MLOps best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and AI application development
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning
• Experience with computer vision, NLP, or time series analysis is a strong plus
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools such as MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in deploying and monitoring models in production environments
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and model serving architectures
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML workload management
• Good command of English and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with both onsite and hybrid work models

1. Application Review

Resumes and, if available, portfolios of candidates are reviewed. Suitable candidates are shortlisted and contacted for the next step.

2. Online Interview (Turkish-English) (15-20 Minutes)&Technical Interview (30-45 Minutes)

Shortlisted candidates will expand on their backgrounds and discuss their career aspirations and their interests in the position. Candidates may be asked to share an example of their prior experience in machine learning or to provide feedback on an AI system they admire.

3. Decision and Feedback

After the interview, results will be evaluated and candidates will be informed of the decision within 3 business days. The selected candidate will proceed with onboarding.
