Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain conversational AI agents in cloud environments.

The role includes enabling interactions via voice, chat, email, or APIs, connecting AI to corporate systems and external models, and implementing evaluation and feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement. Strong Python and Python ML skills are required, along with experience in agentic frameworks and cloud infrastructure.

You may choose to work remotely or from one of our offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk, Poznań or Katowice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch conversational AI systems that operate across multiple channels, including chat, voice, email, and APIs
• Use Python to implement orchestration and decision logic — the control layer that manages tools, workflows, and system interactions
• Integrate large language models (such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, NVIDIA models) to power advanced natural language understanding and fluent generation
• Design monitoring and evaluation frameworks, establishing metrics, feedback loops, and human-in-the-loop reviews to maintain performance and trust
• Create solutions that enable effective collaboration between humans and AI, allowing users to oversee, refine, and guide the system when needed
• Work with data specialists to design pipelines for collecting, cleaning, and structuring information so it can be easily retrieved by AI agents

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Python, especially for AI model integration, workflow automation, and orchestration logic
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and large language models (LLMs)
• Practical experience in machine learning engineering: data preparation, working with vector databases in the cloud, and training/optimizing models
• Comfort with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is a plus – but not mandatory
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Understanding of evaluation approaches, metrics, and human-in-the-loop setups, or willingness to learn them on the job
