Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an IT Access Administrator – Information Security to join the Information Security team

About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an IT Access Administrator – Information Security to join the Information Security team
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Manage provisioning and de-provisioning of user access for all directory services and applications
- Perform password resets and delegated administration tasks as required
- Support and troubleshoot IAM infrastructure, including data cleansing and resolving access-related support tickets
- Identify and recommend improvements to IAM processes and connectors based on recurring issues
- Provide input on integrating authentication and authorization frameworks into new and existing applications
- Collaborate with application support teams to resolve authentication and authorization issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and identity standards for IAM environments
- Participate in defining the roadmap, architecture, and process standards for the identity management platform
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in identity and access management
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- College diploma or university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or 3 years equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in Identity and Access Management in a large or enterprise IT environment.
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Information Technology.
- Solid understanding of IAM environments, single sign-on, and access management principles.
- Exposure to data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems.
- Strong computer background with proven problem-solving and technical planning skills
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined, with excellent time management skills
- High degree of personal integrity and ethics, with a passion for protecting people and systems
- ITIL or related certifications are a strong plus
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any required licensing or active work cards for this position
