We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and scaling of our consumer-facing wealth platform. The role requires a blend of direct-to-consumer fintech expertise, strong understanding of wealth and investment products, and the ability to integrate growth and marketing performance metrics into product decision-making.


Key Responsibilities


Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: research, ideation, requirements, development, launch, and iteration.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities in fintech and wealth.


Customer & Market Understanding
  • Deeply understand consumer needs through data, user feedback, and behavioral insights.
  • Translate complex financial products into simple, engaging digital experiences.
  • Champion the voice of the customer across the organization.


Execution & Delivery
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and compliance to ship high-quality products.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize based on impact and business value.
  • Ensure timely, quality delivery of features and improvements.


Marketing & Growth Performance
  • Partner with marketing to analyze acquisition funnels, conversion, and retention metrics.
  • Use performance marketing data (CAC, LTV, ROI) to optimize product growth.
  • Identify product-led growth opportunities and support campaign execution with product insights.


Stakeholder Management
  • Communicate roadmap, priorities, and progress to executives and teams.
  • Align product initiatives with growth, AUM targets, and customer satisfaction goals.


Qualifications & Experience


  • 5–8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, D2C apps, or consumer-facing platforms.
  • Background in wealth management, investment products, or financial advisory platforms is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer products, ideally in highly regulated industries.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in product analytics tools and marketing performance metrics.
  • Understanding of growth funnels, performance marketing, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
  • Familiarity with GCC financial services regulation is advantageous.
