Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software applications primarily in Java with related tests to enhance the availability of vehicles and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with team members and other teams, such as Frontend teams, to address dependencies.
- Provide recommendations for technical solutions based on business understanding, user flow, and architecture.
- Deploy, operate, and maintain applications, driving continuous improvement for quality, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement a DevOps approach, designing and deploying code in production and contributing to the design of new services using SpringBoot applications on AWS infrastructure.
Competence Profile and Qualifications:
- Team player with an inquisitive mindset and a focus on end-user experience.
- Inclusive, knowledge-sharing personality with a positive, can-do attitude.
- University degree in software engineering, computer science, or similar.
- Several years of experience as a Backend Developer.
- Proficiency in Java 11+ and SpringBoot.
- Basic knowledge of Linux skills and server/cloud-based infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Valid work permit for Sweden or EU citizenship.
- Preferred knowledge in REST, JMS, PostgreSQL, Liquibase, Asynchronous programming, Docker, Git, Microservice architecture, AWS cloud services, and test automation frameworks.
