Autonomous AI Agent Engineer (Fully Remote)
Overview
We are looking for an AI Engineer to Design, Build, and Deploy next-generation autonomous AI systems. This role focuses on developing intelligent, agent-based solutions that orchestrate complex workflows, integrate with APIs and tools, and operate with high levels of performance, resilience, and ethical compliance.
What You’ll Do
1. Agent Development & Orchestration
- Architect and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of web navigation, GUI interactions, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Design workflows that enable agents to autonomously achieve user-defined goals.
- Use frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar to coordinate multi-agent interactions.
2. Prompt Engineering & Tool Integration
- Fine-tune prompts for consistent and precise agent behavior.
- Integrate APIs, browser automation, and external tools to extend agent functionality.
3. Data Infrastructure & MLOps
- Build pipelines for real-time data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering.
- Apply MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, scaling) to ensure system reliability and maintainability.
4. Performance, Safety & Ethics
- Evaluate and optimize agent performance, accuracy, and resilience.
- Implement safeguards for ethical use, including privacy, bias mitigation, and robustness against adversarial inputs.
5. Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with data scientists, product managers, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into agent workflows, roadmaps, and deliverable features.
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience building intelligent systems, with hands-on work in LLM-based agents, multi-agent frameworks, or operator-style systems.
Technical Skills
- Programming: Strong in Python (Java/Node.js a plus).
- Frameworks: Experience with at least two—LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI Functions, AutoGPT, AgentQL, CrewAI, Playwright.
- Web Automation: Familiarity with browser simulation and GUI automation tools.
- Data & MLOps: ETL, real-time streams, SQL/NoSQL databases, data cleaning, feature engineering.
- Prompt Engineering: Multi-step orchestration and template design.
- Security & Ethics: Adversarial training, differential privacy, bias audits.
Soft Skills
- Creative and strategic problem-solver.
- Strong critical thinking, curiosity, and ethical awareness.
- Excellent communicator—able to explain complex AI workflows to non-technical audiences.
